Purpose-Built for Imperfect Supply Chains

Products aren’t always cleanly defined — your traceability system shouldn’t need them to be.

Product Use Case

Veriflux is product-agnostic and built to reflect the realities of how materials actually move — not how they’re labeled on paper. Whether you’re tracking a waste stream, a blended intermediate, or a certified end-use product, we support seamless documentation across categories, geographies, and compliance regimes.

Used Cooking Oil

From fryer to fuel — trace every drop.

  • Used Cooking Oil (UCO) remains one of the most heavily regulated and fraud-prone inputs in renewable fuel production. One flight powered by Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) can represent thousands — even tens of thousands — of individual restaurant pickups. That’s a massive data challenge. Veriflux meets it with precision: we validate every address, treat each pound as unique, and track it through the entire value chain.

  • With Collect, our fully featured collection system, you can manage restaurant signups, routing, dispatch, and service intervals — all linked directly to your compliance records.

  • With Veriflux, you can ensure your UCO qualifies as separated food waste and as a pathway-approved feedstock under EPA, 45Z, CFR, LCFS and ISCC requirements — without the burden of managing it manually.

Grease Trap Waste

The most overlooked feedstock just got full-featured support.

  • Grease Trap Waste is difficult to service and even harder to trace. With Collect, Veriflux supports full customer lifecycle management — from onboarding to routing and manifest capture. Every service is logged and linked to traceability workflows.

  • With Veriflux, you can ensure your GTW qualifies as separated food waste and meets pathway eligibility requirements under EPA, 45Z, CFR, and LCFS — all while reducing operational overhead.

Animal Fats

Complex inputs. Clean data.

  • Veriflux helps renderers and processors manage the full lifecycle of animal fats with tools that go far beyond basic traceability.

  • With Veriflux, you can ensure your animal fats – including blends like yellow grease –  qualify are pathway-eligible under EPA, 45Z, CFR, and LCFS. We also track the allocation of rendering energy across multiple outputs and byproducts to support accurate carbon intensity (CI) calculations across downstream pathways.

Vegetable Oils

From crude to refined, trace your source.

  • Vegetable oil traceability goes beyond chain of custody — it requires verification of carbon intensity and deforestation-free sourcing. Veriflux helps operators document origin, certification status, and GHG profile across palm, soybean, canola, and other feedstocks.

  • We support compliance with 45Z, LCFS, ISCC, EUDR and more.

Base Oil

Trace the circular path.

  • Re-refined base oils are key to closing the loop in lubricant and industrial systems — but proving their origin, quality, and regulatory alignment is complex. Veriflux enables end-to-end traceability of used oil feedstocks, processing flows, and product outputs, ensuring transparency across markets and compliance with circularity and sustainability standards.

Biodiesel / Methyl Esters (ME)

Mass balance made simple.

  • Veriflux helps biodiesel producers, blenders and traders manage compliance across regulated and voluntary markets. We support documentation for RIN generation, CFPC (45Z) reporting, and ISCC certification.

  • Track feedstock inputs, blending ratios, and critically — the outputs and byproducts of fuel production, including glycerin and other co-products, to ensure full material balance and audit readiness.

Renewable Diesel / HVO

One product. Many pathways. All documented.

  • Whether you’re operating under RFS, LCFS, 45Z, or RED III, Veriflux supports the complexity of HVO and Renewable Diesel value chains. We help you track feedstock eligibility, conversion efficiency, and mass balance, from intake to fuel output.

  • We also document outputs and byproducts from HVO production — such as propane, naphtha, and other intermediates — to ensure full transparency and carbon intensity accuracy across all pathways.

  • With built-in support for RINs, ISCC and UDB documentation and reporting, Veriflux connects upstream and downstream data seamlessly.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)

Thousands of origins. One compliant SAF batch.

  • Every gallon of SAF represents a massive upstream data challenge — often sourced from tens, hundreds or thousands of decentralized feedstock origins. Veriflux brings it all together, linking validated pounds of UCO, animal fats, and other qualified materials into auditable, credit-generating SAF outputs.

  • We support compliance with CORSIA Phase I and are already preparing clients for Phase II, effective in 2027, which will require more stringent documentation, lifecycle emissions data, and proof of sustainability.

  • Veriflux also supports SAF eligibility under 45Z, state SAF credits, and ReFuel EU Aviation, giving producers, blenders, and buyers a single platform to meet the growing web of mandates and incentive programs.

Sustainable Marine Fuel (SMF)

Traceable at sea. Audit-ready in port.

  • The maritime sector is under growing pressure to decarbonize — and every claim now needs documentation. Veriflux supports Fuel EU Maritime traceability requirements, enabling transparent accounting of feedstock origin, fuel CI, and use across voyages.

  • Our platform accommodates fuel pooling, multi-vessel allocations, and helps align your operations with IMO decarbonization targets — whether you’re a producer, trader, or vessel operator.

Biogas / RNG

Renewable gas, backed by real data.

  • Veriflux has powered traceability for some of the most advanced biogas projects in the world — including a landmark project WM and New York City’s DEP, where we traced feedstock inputs to the Newtown Creek biogas facility from origin to biogas production.

  • We support generation of D3 and D5 RINs, handle commingled feedstocks, and align with EPA, LCFS, and 45Z requirements to ensure RNG is fully traceable all the way back to the source.
